Caring for your Suki Swim
Suki Swim pieces are designed with care and made to last.
Follow these simple steps to keep your swimwear looking beautiful, season after season.
Rinse after every swim
After each wear, rinse thoroughly in fresh water to remove salt, chlorine, and sunscreen. This helps maintain the softness, colour, and quality of your suit.
Wash gently
Hand wash in cool water with no detergent. Avoid fabric softeners, stain removers, or harsh soaps.
Dry flat in the shade
Lay your swimsuit flat to dry in a shaded spot. Avoid direct sun, as it can cause fading. As many of our suits are fully lined, they may take a little longer to dry - thank you for your patience.
Avoid rough surfaces
To prevent snags or pulls, avoid sitting or leaning on rough pool edges, rocks, or concrete. A towel or soft surface is always best.

A note on colour
Our prints and colours are lovingly designed. Some fading may naturally occur over time, especially with exposure to sun, salt, and chlorine - this is not a fault, but a gentle reminder of well-loved summer days.

Suki Swim is a New Zealand–designed children’s swimwear brand creating buttery-soft pieces for babies, toddlers and kids aged 6 months to 8 years, UPF50+ sun protection wherever possible.
Each swimsuit is produced in small batches using premium fabrics chosen for what little ones actually need when they play.
Our girls’ swim is made from OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified fabrics that feel soft and gentle on delicate skin, while our boys’ swim shorts feature a recycled polyester outer sourced from GRS-certified suppliers, paired with an OEKO-TEX® certified soft lining for comfort and durability.
With hand-painted watercolour patterns, nostalgic colours and thoughtful details, the collection includes one-pieces, bikinis, rashies and swim shorts made for warm summer days with your minis.
