Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your Suki Swim purchase. Please read the following policy carefully.

1. Change of Mind Returns

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition with all tags and hygiene stickers attached.

• Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.

• For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of items that have been worn in water.

2. Faulty or Damaged Items

• If an item is received faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately at hello@sukiswimclub.com.

• We will cover the cost of return shipping and will offer either a full refund or a replacement.

3. Exchanges

• Email hello@sukiswimclub.com.to request an exchange. As soon as your original item is returned and received, your new item will be sent.

4. Refunds

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return has been received and inspected.

• Please allow several business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

5. Important Notes

• Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

• Suki Swim reserves the right to refuse a return if it does not meet the conditions stated above.

• Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable, except in the case of faulty items.
