Our values

At Suki, we believe children’s swimwear should feel as safe and gentle as it is beautiful. Every decision we make - from the fabrics we choose to the partners we work with - is guided by care, responsibility, and trust.

Certified fabrics

We choose different certified fabrics based on how each piece is worn and how little ones move.

Our girls’ swim and rashies are made using buttery-soft OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 Class I certified fabric, tested for harmful substances and suitable for delicate, baby-safe skin. These pieces sit close to the body all day, so softness and comfort come first.

Our boys’ swim shorts feature a recycled polyester outer sourced from GRS-certified suppliers, selected for durability and performance during active play. The inner lining that sits against the skin is made from a soft OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 Class I certified nylon, spandex blend for comfort and everyday wearability.

Soft where they need comfort.

Strong where they need durability.

Always made with care for golden days.

Sun protection

Where possible, our swimwear is made using UPF50+ rated fabrics to provide an extra layer of protection for long days in and out of the water.

UPF50+ is the highest sun protection rating for fabric, helping block at least 98% of harmful UV rays from reaching the skin. Most styles carry this rating, with the exception of our Zeke swim shorts where this certification is not available in that particular fabric.

We always recommend pairing swimwear with sunscreen, hats, and shade for the best protection.

Ethical manufacturing

Behind each swimsuit is a team of amazing makers who bring our designs to life with care and precision. We feel very lucky to work with a team we trust and value deeply - they’re an important part of the Suki story.

Our manufacturing partner is based in China and is independently audited through amfori BSCI social compliance frameworks, supporting responsible and transparent production practices.

Protecting our minis' privacy

We choose not to show children’s faces in our own imagery. It’s a choice that feels right for us - protecting our minis’ privacy while still capturing the warmth, sunshine, and nostalgia that define our brand.

We only reshare customer imagery when it has already been shared publicly and tagged to us in the same format.

Thoughtful packaging

We keep our packaging intentionally simple to minimise waste. Orders are shipped in recyclable paper mailers only - with no additional wrapping or stickers.

It’s a small choice, but one that helps reduce single-use materials wherever possible.
