If a parcel is returned to us due to refused charges, incorrect address, or non-collection, a $60 NZD fee will be deducted from your refund to cover freight and processing costs.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 business days.

During busy times such as new collection launches or store-wide promotions, dispatch may take 5–7 business days.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery as long as items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

If your order arrives faulty or damaged, we’ll cover the return shipping and arrange a replacement or refund straight away.

We don’t process direct exchanges. The easiest way is to return your item for a refund and place a new order for the style or size you’d like instead.

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method once your return is approved. Please allow a few business days for this to show in your account.
